I got a call this morning and Alicia asked to speak to David (the owner of the company). Within normal gatekeeper practices I asked her to repeat her name...She said that she was Alicia with Tucker Enterprises and that she had a 9am phone consult with David and she was running very late. (Its 11am) David always lets me know when he is expecting a call! So I placed her on hold, informed David just in case he forgot to tell me, when I got back on the line to request more info because David didnt know what it was about, the rude chick hung up on me! So these people are telemarketers....dont give into their bs lines! Delete
