I just got a call from this number too. It was some guy with a weasely sounding voice who asked for the former boss. Got a little attitude with me when I said he wasnt available and said he would just call his cell. Yeah right dude. If you actually HAD his cell number, you would know he is never in the office anymore and would actually use it, instead of bothering me!
