They had the nerve to call my mother, they got her number from a company that purchased my student loans from another company that went defunct, my name information went into a data base (not a collections data base) for a company to take it over and bam they had my info, my social my name my date of birth everything on me, I called her back she said her name was Julie Gaines and she was an arbitrator, she was very nasty and rude, threatened me, said I had bounced checks (I havent written a check in 14 years) refused to give me the name of the bank or check numbers or amounts, refused to give me any information told me that she needed MY bank information I said HELL NO she then hung up on me and tried to call me back immediately, so I called an attorney. Its a scam, so be very weary, and if they call again call Krohn and Moss Attorneys they have a website. Delete
