    when did u try calling? i got calls from them mulitple times, called my mother and even grandparents! talked to a person named ben martin, very rude, wouldnt let me speak. i told him i didnt have the money to payback my loan due to being in the hospital after my car accident on 9/18. he wouldnt let me set up payments then he yelled at me threatening to arrest me and would see me in court. i called back this number and it does work, so i dont know why it didnt for you. try again. but i havent heard back from them for a week now Delete
