The first thing is that called my work place and he said he was a courier for the number regarding a letter of intent. I have gotten alot of these calls also and dont know who this is and sick of them also... they ask me for a reference number and i didnt have one and ask me my name and she didnt find any record of my name.    she put me on hold to find something and i just hung up the phone and now they are calling continuously blocking there number. I did further research and when I spoke with a person at Global Crossing they told me one of their 2nd tier providers. They gave me a number for the company, called 8X8, which is 408-727-1885. 8X8 also has a website, but the phone number on that website leads to a fax machine. When I looked up the number 408-727-1885, it gave me a name of A Ruiz in San Jose, CA. Delete

Received a voicemail from (877) 299-6031 regarding scheduling (name redacted- a person who I knew in college) for service and to call the same number and a reference # starting with MXP. After continued pressing, he reluctantly provided a muffled name and employer of Mr Stan Lee with UMD. I am positive this is a scam driven by (what appears to be a Facebook hack. DO NOT PROVIDE ANY INFORMATION TO THESE PEOPLE. Delete

have received 4 total...starting yesterday...Sept 19th...on my home phone and my cell phone...wont tell me anything except they want to know when I will be home or at work so they can deliver personal certified documents to me..Will not tell me what they are or anything else..Did not give them any info and blocked my number when I called back. This person keeps calling my daughters phone and telling us to call this number with questions and when I called them she would not give me their company name or the company they supposedly contract with. When I called this number, which they said to call for questions, they would not give me the name of their company OR the courier company they supposedly contracted with. I did find on the web that the number belongs to Global Crossing at www.globalcrossing.com and their contact number is 800-466-4600. I dont know if this is the companys service provider but I recommend you call and complain or report them. Delete
