    Thats funny. If you knew how to read, you would have seen we meet none of those criteria. Clients do not pay an up-front fee for a loan, that is illegal. Clients are not told they are approved for a loan, obviously, we cant know that until we do Underwriting. EVERY client gets explained to them that we are not a bank or a broker, we are business consultants. Clients pay for our SERVICES, not for a loan, dumbass. Delete
