Same thing happened to us pon T-Mobile. Weve been getting this charge ever since we upgraded our phones to Andriod/Data Plan. I was told it was just some sort of fee and come to find out, its from a place called Pitbull and weve been charged for 13 months at $9.99ea! Apparently it is listed on page 16 of 24 on my paper bill, however, we are paperless billing customers! T-Mobile would on credit back Jan Feb of this year and said they can not go back in a past year. I am reporting both T-mobile for allowing this and Pitbull for fraud! Delete
