This number called my daughters cell phone accusing her of taking money from their company and saying that she owed them money. They said that in November 2010 they deposited money to her account and that she had 21 days to pay it back. They alleged that when she did not pay it back they had to give her 3 months before they could contact her. Said that if she did not pay the money back that they would be taking her to court and suing her for fraud. My daughter called me and told me what happened; I asked the person on the other end to send proof of that she signed something and proof that they deposited money into her account. He then said that in the paperwork it states that they do not have to show proof of anything, he ended up hanging up the phone after being told that she would be charged all of this money in attorneys fees. i got call from this guys stating about my outstanding loan, i didnt response them,i asked for documents proof, he told me that you ll get in court house thats what policy of their department, i thought hes just joking but they had filed case against me, i had to hire an attorney which i did, now every month i need to go to a court with my attorney to reprensentmy self, still i m repenting on myself, if i could resolve this issue with O.O.C.R i swear ill clear my bills, i wont fight case as per my opinion we shouldnt fight a case against them it might be very expensive for us, i expenced 3890$ to come over this matter even my loan amount was 750$, i ll take care of each loan in future, there is no pirticular document would be send untill your case download in to court, bless for me i ll come out from this fu**ing issue as soon as possible, i wont take any fu**ing loans Delete
