I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET THEM TO EXPLAIN TO ME WHY THIS WAS...THEY JUST KEEP TALKING IN CIRCLES AND PERCEEDED TO SAY THAT THEY WILL BE MAILING SOMETHING TO MY ADDRESS. Delete
