Don’t buy anything from them unless you want to get ripped off. If you want to get ripped off go ahead and buy from them. Watch out for these guys! I was told they are selling leads of people who have had a mortgage company recently pull credit. I told him I was not interested as some other mortgage company had already pulled credit. Then got a line full of B.S. about how I would not be competing against the original lender who pulled credit. I asked O.K. how is that. He told me these are people with bad credit checking on their credit from the credit companies. I asked how do I know they want a mortgage then. I thought you said they were mortgage pulls from a mortgage. He said some of them are then some are not mortgage pulls. HUH? I asked him why would I want to buy leads from someone who was just checking their credit from the credit bureau, I don’t even know if they want a mortgage. That’s when he hung up on me. I asked him to remove me from the list and then and not be so rude and he said WOW WOW WOW Jesus Loves you! Then he hung up!
