I was contacted by a CJ Roric and a Mr Prichard that stated I would be arrested on felony fraud. I live in Kansas, I had a check at a pay day loan. Told me I had 2 hrs to pay 500 or he was coming to get me on a warrant. They are a collection agency. Told me I would spend the holidays in jail if I didnt pay. I made a police report and contacted the FTC and the ATTORNEY generals office. It is NOT a bad check if its for a pay day loan. Its a DEBT! There is no fraud unless you write someone elses check. It is a DEBT I can not stress this enough! Debt collectors have NO right to threaten anyone. Debt collectors NOR attorneys can issue warrants, ONLY law enforcement. Be careful who you give money to. They can come at you with a civil suit for debt but NOT a warrant !!! Dont be threatened contact your police and FTC and Attorney Generals office! This happened to me TODAY!!! Delete
