Yes..this is a call from TRS (Texas Recovery Services)in Texas and they are a debt collector. Now if Im not mistaken, its illegal for them to represent themselves as someone else when trying to collect on a debt. Do not call them back! If it was really your car insurance they would have said who they were with and all you have to do is check your insurance card for the customer service numbers. Delete
