That number was given by Capital one bank fraud investigation dept as their fax number.They wanted me fax my checking account information letter in order to prove my address.But I send letter for address prove already from post office.They insist me fax now, limited to bank account letter, and limit that must be checking account.I feel strange.When I talking to them over the phone,a lady there her voice,language tone etc didnt sound like bank people.Have to call Capital One Credit card directly.Take care, Delete
