I got a call yesterday by this number and got the This number is not in service automated message. Strangely it wasnt in the normal voice and the call was still going like usual so I listened a few more times a little more closely. I head a little background noise. The caller would barely allow me to ask a question would talk over me constanly. With the situation with Targer and other retailers I was skeptical. they said they got my number from downloading an app, I asked if iTunes gave my number out and they said due to security they could not tell me app gave gave out my info.
