Received phone call at place of employmnet 8-5-08 stating I have a $9,000.00 balance and that I need to pay he needed my bank information. It is against the law to harass any one at there place of employment we as US citizen have rights also. I told him I dont have an account he goes yes you do and you have to pay. He called again 8-6-08 to harass again at my place of employment but asking to speak with my boss. I did call FTC to report this gentle man by the name of Kevin Smith they were not very helpful.When he called me the first time he did not give me his name or CO name just hung up on me when I asked.So tell me what can be done to stop this very unhappy person. I am still; getting these calls from Kevin Smith on 866-573-4821 and may hve gotton osme from 612 but di not recognize it however the same thign he is saying to everyone he is calling this person need desperately to be caught... The 612 are code is Minneapolis, Minnesota.. The 866 is more than likely a bought Toll Free #. He is calling me everyday on my cell # and is upseting me and agravating me harrassing, yelling some profanity and I am at work and need my cell phone for my work. He is also vering my home address and sos # and says he is investigating my and her ss#. This cannot go on. I ahve reported this to FTC, FCC, IC3 and many others and our police here says they can do nothing with address but if he continues file and annoyance phone call.
