A guy who said his name is Justin Gables called for my son saying that he was the Director of the Department of Check Registries - that made me laugh right there. He went on to say that a bank account using his name and SS number to open an account to pass bad checks to a Federally Bad Financial Lending Institution and he needs to call or their attorneys will pursue the way they originally intended. Biggest load of crap I ever heard. Delete

employer got call from this number said they were going to garnish my wages. my boss said that there was a lot of noise and people talking in the background. They are def using old info because they havent called me just my work. They are irrational and rude which is another sign its a scam. The phone service most of them use is magic jack so they can change there number frequently and not be traced. Delete

They left me a message stating they were with the check registry department about fraudulent activity and they need a statement before it goes to the attorneys. What scares me is that they had my name, last 4 of my ssn and county I live in. Can someone please advise? Delete
