I also received a call regarding lowering my interest rate on my credit card. I pressed 1 in order to get a live person so I could ask them to take my number off their call list. The guy said he could do that only after I answered his question as to why I wasnt interested in lowering my interest rate. I told him I wasnt interested in talking with him about that and just to take my number off their list. He said dont tell me how to do my job, and then called me an A..Hole, etc. and then hung up on me. I am trying to find out who this company is and shut them down! Delete
