I recieved a call from this number as well and they told me that a warrant was out for my arrest in regards to money that is due to the. He said that he is calling from the Superior Court of California. Mr. Randolph became out right nasty with me, and said that if I dont have the funds sent to them within the next 4-5hrs he is going to notify the marshall to arrest me, so what I did was contact a lawyer and he called the number, and the man answered and when he gave them his id# number and the law firm that he works for, the man hung the phone up. So heads up if you really had something owed to a company that information will come in the mail,so just be careful and realize that they are a scam artist and its a fraud...... when they call ask for the courts name address and telephone number, and if they cannot supply that information for you they are a fraud!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Same thing here, except they told me that I owe a company called Loan Point USA, dba Geneva Roth on a paydayloan. Very Heavy Indian accent too! The person I talked to was Jenny Smith I want them to try and sue me......I will have a battery of Lawyers to sue their pants off. They cannot hassel us this way. She even called me at home at 3am......As long as you have paid the loan in full I would not worry about this. Get your paperwork in order. Maybe if there are enough of us, we can file a class suit against these people. Delete

I have received numerous calls from this telephone number. There are several people calling. The first call I received from them said they were calling from Superior Court of California and that they were representing a company suing me for three criminal activities. When I asked for information, they became very nasty and would not tell me the name of the creditor or how much I owed. They told me they were representing some payday loan place (which I never took) they said they were filing a court case next week but wanted information from me (which I didnt give them). They also told me that they would call my friends and relatives and send paperwork to my employer on Monday and that my company would fire me. They asked for my lawyers name and wont give me any additional information. The company answered the phone as Financial Accountability Association and all the people you speak with have extremely heavy Indian accents Delete
