To understand a ROBOCALL: a computer just dials numbers .. -5800, -5801, -5802, etc. (Ever watch the original WAR GAMES movie?) .. When they come across a number that has been disconnected, they edit their Caller ID to look like that number and dial that block of numbers (over and over again) .. no person is actually doing this, a computer is. Just write a simple script and BAM! .. you can spam-dial / robocall hundreds of numbers in a minute. If you change your number, you will still get them. Just never answer them. Delete
