I got a phone call from windows yesterday...When I asked for their name they told me they could not give it to me...I asked to speak to a manager and they began passing me around the room to whomever was the closest person to them. I asked, Is something wrong with my computer and they told me, we need you to be next to your computer! I said, I was at work but if they could tell me what I needed to do I would do it when I got home! The man argued with me until I finally hung up...They called back!
