They illegally harass everyone, which is against the Fair Debt Collections Act. They lie and say they are from the State Bureau of Investigations in Utica, NY. They use illegal scare tactics such as, taking you to court, putting you in jail, taking your house, taking your car and the big whopper taking your kids (and in my case I dont have any haaaa). Delete
