They just called here. Caller ID showed Electric Center. Supposedly they look for discounts on your electric bill for PPL and Picot. They are not affiliated with either company according to the foreign woman I spoke to. She wouldnt give either her name or the companies right name. It took 5 minutes for someone to answer their phone. I asked if the information could be sent, but was told she was just an operator and I had to press the number 5 to find out what discount I was eligible for. When I refused to give my account number to her, she said that was fine, was sorry to bother me and I hung up on her. Delete
