Annoyiing

They just called here. Caller ID showed Electric Center. Supposedly they look for discounts on your electric bill for PPL and Picot. They are not affiliated with either company according to the foreign woman I spoke to. She wouldn't give either her name or the companies right name. It took 5 minutes for someone to answer their phone. I asked if the information could be sent, but was told she was just an operator and I had to press the number 5 to find out what discount I was eligible for. When I refused to give my account number to her, she said that was fine, was sorry to bother me and I hung up on her.

They are calling me for more than 8 month, at times twice to three times a day. Same kind of collection outfit. Asking for some name that I don't know. When I call back, asking them to take my name of their list, they promise that it will be done, next day I get recorded calls again. When i asked what the companies name is, they would not tell me.

Called me twice. First time, did not leave message. Second time, I said "hello" and nothing else - No one came onto the line, so: robocall.

several texts, between midnight and 1 AM, two just said "Hey" and one had a single random picture
