I actually called them as this number came up in a google search to file a complaint with ebay about a refund. Middle eastern accents all, wanted me to run to local grocer and get an "ebay verification card". WHAT?? I called my bank that my original ebay purchase was made on and told them what these clowns wanted. they said it MOST DEFINATELY is fraudulant and that I did the right thing by not doing what they requested. So just beware, they have highjacked the google search engine for when you are trying to find contact info for ebay.
