When answered my cell just beeps. After I disconnect another call but different number.

I had a missed call from this number. I called back and a female told me that she never called my number.

Text message from this number saying FRM:AT&T SUBJ:Paymen ...

Message with automated (male) voice recording stated the following:

"..has been filed against your name along with a warrant issued by the Internal Revenue Service due to tax evasion and deviation and the IRS has strong evidence that you have failed to file your actual income tax which is higher than what it was supposed to be. In order to resolve this case please call us back immediately on our number: 267-987-7311. I repeat 267-987-7311.."

Fraud. these people calld up to five times daily we filed for harssment & these people had in troudle.
