Millions Call

Caller reported that the consumer had won a large sum of money but needed the her to pay the tax (Started at $200,0 but settled for $20) on this up front.  THis was the call back number given.

Received a call from Laurie at Cain and Daniels re a small claim court action.    Offering to settle out court for 1/2 the claim.    One that had been settled over 6 months ago.    Called back.    Laurie (as she identified herself) hung up twice when I asked why she was calling.    She asked me why I called back and I indicated I was trying to figure the scam ... she hung up ... again.    I figure they are scamming people without the resources to check claim actions that have been dropped.

This has something to do with another credit card interest rate on cards I don't own. I don't use credit cards. just another number with the same company.

This person calling from this number is crazy. Calling my home number 25 times on Christmas Day! When answering my phone, this psycho is just listening to me.
