Okay these people rang 100 million times and did not pass on a msg however subsequently finaly ended up leaving one today. it is a firm rang county financial services who purchased our vehicle loan account with our old vehicle loan firm Credit West. we recognise why they are phoning now cos there's been a mix up that we brought to their attention and we are attempting to resolve this. this would happen to be nice when these people would have ended up leaving a msg before though!
