Would not give her my account information but did give her my phone number and she had my name there. She said that since I wouldn't confirm my street address and last four digits of SSN, that she could not give me any information. Told her I would be calling Macy's directly.Called Macy's and while they could not confirm the number that called me, they have been trying to reach me about a misposted payment. Very frustrating..
