This place keeps calling my place of employment and as a government employee this is unacceptable. The calls come several times a day.

Call saying they could relieve my debt!  Asking if they could contact me!  I am sure they were going to ask for money and I would never see any results!  BEWARE!

Chase Bank - WHY in the world do companies spend MILLIONS on systems that are designed to annoy people, add cost to the bottom line, only to pass the expense on to everyone in the form of fees? A little side note on this particular call from them, they said there was a payment due. As they pull up the checking account that they drafted it from, and they see with their own eyes, they then tell me to call a branch to find out where it was posted. HUH?! The credit line drafts their payment, THEY can't figure out where it's posted, and THEY want ME to go into a BRANCH to figure out the credit line department's error. Guess who the branch would end up calling IF I were to waste my time for them? ... they'd be calling the very department that called me. I swear.. people today have lost their collective minds! What 'tards!
