Scam loan ask for bank info

this number is a scam something about pay pal these numbers are always calling me dnt answer no good

I received 4 calls with no message. Then I received a message. She said her name was Valtima and that she was from Long Beach Memorial and that she needs my dads Insurance information. My dad has never even been to that hospital. I tried to call back and the call wouldn't go through but instead a message played that said the time allotted to make my call had expired and to hang up and try again.

person calling is 'so sorry' as requested when this is (some completely number), subsequently he stated 'oh, incorrect number!'

got a text this morning at 6am saying 'hey' do not know the number did not reply
