Millions Call

yes I have been receiving several calls from this number for the last couple weeks and when I pick up they hang up. Who is it and why are they calling my number. I want it to stop..

i have got ten rings within two seconds with this no., We are sleeping & we attempted phoning back however had nothing. I am not sure exactly what this is.
