Yes indeedy,they called me,came up on call id....as IRS...I know IRS does not call,they send letters on official capacity envelopes.

Spoofed caller. Unknown caller using number of a local cellphone

Same number called and the message was a computer telling me my name and asking me to 'press 1'

This is a scam, they yell you that you've signed up for a magazine and they ask for your personal information and pretend that they are transferring you then hang up.
