I responded, "What can I do for you, Alejandra Boy?" and response was, "Girl." I said, "I think you have the wrong number." The response was "Fuck you." I then blocked the number.

Spam caller - keep calling my phone several times a day.

Said her name is Debby and she's calling about insurance.or something.. she is a pest...tell her to stop caling people at their jobs...it's harassment

Identified themselves as performing a survey for the State of VT, researching the health practices of Vermonters. They said my number had been picked at random. They asked me about the last four numbers of my phone number, and I said that was correct, they had reached that number, then they asked how many people in my household were over 18 (just me, my cats haven't gotten old enough), about my age range (18-24 or 25-49, or over 50), and whether I smoked every day, occasionally, or did not smoke at all...I said I did not smoke, and then they said, thanks, those are all the questions, and have a good evening, and went their way. Polite. Seemed perfectly legit. But who knows these days.
