Several issues have been filed on 2020-07-27 with the FCC in relation to unsolicited calls from 717 800 0527

some automated bill collector. so you never get the chance to inform them that they have the wrong number and to remove you from there call list.

Calls but does not leave message, might be fron online insurace quote.

sms at 3am: "Do you owe over $10,0 in BACK IRS TAX? New government programs may reduce this by 90%. answer "HELP" for a free, personal consult ($300 value)(optout,reply:out)"

Spam text message. Work from home, etc.

Had a couple of missed calls from this number over the past few days. Never answered. Called it back once from a different line and received a generic "you have reached verizon's voicemail message service, please re-enter the number you were trying to dial area code first" message. Still no idea who or what the number is.
