Wants to "BUY a house"

Received a call from this number on our emergency line at work. I answer for the company after hours and on the weekends. The person called at 8:50am and had a very thick, middle eastern accent. I could only understand bits of what he was saying as his English was broken and inconsistent. He asked for someone named Frances, whom I do not know. I asked if he had an emergency and he stated "yes, this is emergency it's lawsuit." when I asked what company he represented he stated, "the law office." I told him to call our law office at 1-800-GET-LOST and hung up. Idiots.

No clue who this ring is from, wouldnt pass on a name for a return ring

Anyone else getting calls from this number? Noone will answer when i call back, and it goes to a mailbox, which of couse, is full.
