I got a call from this number at 9:15 p.m., Thursday, August 11, 2011. The caller said he was calling from the courthouse to resolve a series of unpaid parking tickets I was responsible for. I told him I had no unpaid tickets and asked what vehicle the tickets were written for. He didn't answer the question, but replied that the citation was for being too stupid to drive. I hung up.
