Called, no message. Sounds like a scam from what I am reading.

This no. 872-223-3231, keeps on phoning us at all hours of the day & evening. never ever leaving a msg or stating a word. these people are irritating us.

this number keeps sending rude nasty messages

I have gotten 6 calls between 11/14 and 11/30. They did not leave a msg. so I called it back next day. Message I listened to was saying that they are some type of health advocacy/or health study.
