This number called 15 to 20 times per day - stating they were with the IRS and the IRS had asked them to investigate anyone who owed IRS money.. These people called theirselves Department of Legal Affairs and said they had arrests warrants unless they received a huge sum of money.

Calls from multiple numbers. Never leaves a message. Smells of scam.
