received a text saying they wanted to add my birthday to their calendar. It provided what appeared to be an outlook calendar link. I didn't click it. Later that night I got a random text from the same number saying they didn't see me anymore and I was like a sister to them. At the same time I got that random text I received a series of others from random numbers saying they didn't know who I was. They had moved out of state and wanted to know who I was.. Very weird. I rarely give my cell number out. I don't know why I've received these.

This is a fraud man trying to get you to withdraw funds saying its a Federal Grant from the US government that you do not need to pay back.
