I have been getting calls and emails from this mobile phone number that is supposedly out of the U.S., such Turkey and France and I want to make sure that it is true?

calls usually at midnight everyday then says sorry it was a wrong number

Tsp investigations was how these people reply the telephone

we had a cal with this no. did anyone recognise this number??? am receiving frequent calls. please help.
