Millions Call

I get calls form this number twice a day atleast.    They never leave a message and when I do pick it up it sounds like it is being routed from India through Norfolk, VA.    I cannot hear or understand the person on the other end and I hang up.It is starting to get really annoying.    I have no idea what they are calling me for and I figure if it was something legit they would leave a message right?

gotta call it was some dude saying i was entered in a contest and qualified for lots of prizes like trips cars and other stuff. started asking me my age range and other things for some survey but ended up hanging up and not a call back yet.
