Anyone else receive a call?

says i have been selecterd to receive a FREE Best buy gift card. To go to a bestbuy web adress within 48 hrs to claim gift and then has the STOP TO CANCEL at the end.

Called me at 745pm. The caller ID did not show the name, they said they were collecting donations for the Police fund, I hung up on them, and used my land line call blocker. Sad thing is even tho I have blocked them now 8 times they use a different number to get thru. Good thing I can block 5000...
