Got a ph call from this number and when  I answered the caller hang up.

Called a couple times, no message.

Complaint reported to FCC on 2020-08-27 after receipt of telephonic communication from 475-215-9749

has actually been determined as source of unrequested phone calls and an issue has been lodged with the FCC

Is this a scam? As far as I know CRA does not send these kind of recorded messages
