    Craigslist scammer who targets cell phones (iPhones, Androids, Blackberries, smartphones etc) - wanted Paypal info and offered more than what the asking price was. Said they offered more to cover the 'shipping price' because they wanted for me to ship from my state to another state to 'their mother' as a gift, yet they contacted me from an out of state area code?  Why the need to lie when they are out of state themselves?? Not to mention, did not ask me if that payment method was doable or acceptable. Just told me what they'll pay and to send Paypal info. Fishy.Â
