Robo caller scam claiming to have a case against you

Calling-ID states Apex Outsourcing.  Not sure exactly what these people do, these people never ever pass on a msg for the business owner who, conveniently was never ever available. :-)

Robocall stating that they were calling about my car warranty stating that it had expired I do not have car warranty

Either a scammer or spammer or misdialed.
