Phishing and knew a lot about me

Hi Good afternoon my name is lighting quick listen calling on behalf of the V.A.B. A is just Gary hello hello.

Continues to call my sons number (who is 12) but does not give his number out but to only mom, dad, and brother.  I called and asked them to stop calling, and then they start to call MY cell because that is where I called it from.
