(503) 974-3911 was called for healthcare and from this number left me a messages and gave another number to call 412-214-8500 to know about Fed loan program while my student loan was paid long ago!!!!??? This is serious scammer!

They call from a different number and different state 7 days a week...this is from a bill I took care of 19 years ago...I have showed them proof of payment and they still bother me...says on their paper bills that if I answer and acknowledge my name the case is open again..this is ridiculous that this is even legal.
