I think this is some kind of collection agency.

some thing was not right. had a text!!!! To ring this no. as this stated our visa was deactivated! Not therefore

Called the business, then hung up on me. So I called back. They called another business line. They again hung up on me. When I tried to call back and leave a message, the US Cellular message said the person wasn't picking up, so I couldn't leave a message.

received a call from an unavailable number - they told me that i was randomly selected to receive grant money from the government. They wanted me to call 202-470-6804 with an approval # in order to collect my grant money. When I called this number I was told all I would have to do was go a local Western Union to collect my money. Amazingly there was a $199 processing fee that I would first have to send them. This is another scam.
