This number is a cell phone number, and the man claims he is from a charity called Regular American Veterans formerly American Veteran Corporation (AVC).  According to the Illinois Attorney General, this is not a registered Charity.

rang our mobile telephone & never ever ended up leaving a message!

The call was a robo call saying they were from social security about a social security number and it had been suspended for use in Texas and press 1 to know more.
