Caller ID said Spam? Cascade M

My partner and I got a phone call from this specific number earlier on today and figured to report it all at this website

I got the same mesage on my cell phone, went on line to the FCC and filed a complaint!!!! Nothing like getting a sex message on my kids year olds cell phone

Got a call from this number wanting to talk to the owner about our credit card processing.  When informed we are not interested, take us off your calling list he kept talking and would not stop. I finally just had to hang up on him.  This is the second call in 2 days from this same guy (David) and company (Priority Merchant Services).
